1. Order Cancellation

• You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not been shipped.
• To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at Info@brilliantmemorycomputers.in with your order number.
• Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

2. Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only for defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered products.
• To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
• The item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging.

3. Refund Process

To request a refund, email us at Info@brilliantmemorycomputers.in with the following details:

• Order number
• Reason for the refund
• Clear photos or video of the issue (if applicable)

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
